Company formation in Kosovo

Company formation in Kosovo: The Business Registration Agency in Kosovo (BRAK) carries out the registration of new business and their re-registration.

The procedure to obtain the Unified ID number (which is used as Business Registration, Fiscal Number, and VAT number) has been merged into a single procedure.

An application can be done in any municipal center of KBRA, depending on the main office or location of the performance of the activity of the entity applying for registration. One-stop shops have been established in 29 municipalities and are now routinely issuing business registration and fiscal numbers (and if requested VAT registration) in a single procedure.
